ZETA’s business model focuses on real estate development through Real Estate Operating Companies (REOCs) and/or by investing in specific development projects, where raw land constitutes the primary asset resource. The core of the business is industrial warehouse and logistics development, rental and management. ZETA has recently began an Investment Management division with the creation of an Investment Fund, in order to provide a vehicle for institutional and investors and HNWI to participate in high-yield investment opportunities.
